WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?
In Unnila Shop we work every day to improve your experience in the store. We want you to feel at home.
Very soon we will launch an express shipping service so you can receive your orders in the shortest time possible without having to pay any extra shipping cost.
For domestic (Mexico) and international orders, please allow 2 to 4 business days for the order to be processed and shipped. Please understand that we may take a few days longer if the order is purchased during the weekend or vacation period.
Due to the high demand and exclusivity of our products, and since we have decided not to work with middlemen and many of our items are processed and shipped directly from the country of origin of our manufacturers, in order to offer you low prices on all our products; you may receive your order within 7 to 15 business days from the date of shipment, not necessarily from the date it was placed.
After your payment is authorized and verified, it may still take a few days to process your order. This is only an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
We employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to fulfill your package quickly and safely. Shipping is offered to the following destinations:
Mexico: SFC, YunExpress or 360 Lion.

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You should address this with your postal service. Unnila Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the courier service has confirmed delivery.
We are not responsible for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural events, transfers from the international carrier to the local carrier in your country or strikes or delays in air and ground transportation, nor additional, customs or retroactive charges incurred, as well as delay caused by holidays, long weekends or other national or regional holidays that cause longer delivery time.
If the delay is due to any other reason, Unnila Shop will take the necessary measures to correct any malfunction of the transport service attributable to Unnila Shop.
